Back to School Job Fair Oct. 26

Do you dream of working in schools, whether behind the lunch counter or in front of a class? Time to polish that resume.

EDUStaff is holding an educational job fair for 19 Kent ISD school districts who use the staffing contractor on Monday, Oct. 26 from 3 PM to 7 PM. The event is for anyone interested in work as a substitute teacher, teacher aide, food service, custodian or other employee in public schools across Kent County. Also attending the event will be Kent County school district administrators looking for candidates for direct employment within their district.

♥Isaiah Thaler, EDUStaff executive director of field services, said a substitute teacher shortage prompted the inaugural job fair, and that there are “an unlimited number of positions available.”

The job fair will be held at the Kent ISD Educational Services Building, 2930 Knapp St. NE, Grand Rapids, 49525. Park in lot 11. To pre-register go to www.EDUStaff.org and click the “Job Fair” image in the center of the page. Walk-ins will be accepted.
