A Win for Caledonia and for Manufacturingby Erin Albanese
Caledonia High School digital art students won first and second place for the popular vote in the Discover Manufacturing Today Video Challenge. The local contest was sponsored by The Manufacturing Council, which seeks to promote opportunities in manufacturing. The one- to three-minute videos aim to change the misperception many people have about career choices in manufacturing.
The two Caledonia teams are pooling their award money to purchase equipment for their school.
