TK Students Take Third at the Meijer Great Choices Film Festival

Thornapple Kellogg students Levi Thaler and Spencer Irvine won third-place awards in the Meijer Great Choices Film Festival. The contest for high school student filmmakers requires them to submit public service videos that encourage positive life choices for young people.

The awards came with a $500 gift card. Runners-up, who received plaques, included Jade Conkle, Michelle Lindemulder, Kaliegh Aldridge, Lauren Hager, Liz Coe, Kaliegh Aldridge and Sam Walter.

The videos will be put on a DVD and sent to all the schools in Michigan for viewing.
