Community invited to Dutton Elementary groundbreaking

Caledonia — The Caledonia Community Schools community is invited to break ground for the new Dutton Elementary School, a project made possible by the passage of the 2020 and 2023 bonds.

The ceremony will take place on Sept. 27 at 6:00 p.m. and represent the first steps toward constructing a modern, updated facility that will serve future students and the community.

Attendees are asked to park at the current Dutton Elementary, 3820 68th St., and shuttle buses will take them to the groundbreaking site, 4950 76th Street SE, starting at 5:15 p.m. The buses will return attendees to the current Dutton Elementary immediately following the ceremony.
