Fifth-graders’ knowledge takes flight with the butterflies

Sponsor story — Fifth-graders in the Field School Program in Northview know a lot about monarch butterflies and help conserve them in their classroom, but it’s not often that they get to see some 60 species all in one place. A field trip to Frederik Meijer Gardens gave them a chance to learn inside the largest temporary tropical butterfly exhibition in the country.
