Too good to be true? Learning the tips and tricks to bust scams

Rockford — North Rockford Middle students recently learned to identify red flags, watch out for clues and never share personal information to stop scammers in their tracks.

In game show style, students participated in Scambusters, a program offered by the Better Business Bureau in Western Michigan to prevent students from learning about fraud the hard way.
