Quarterback: biggest growth has come from mix of peers, cultures

Kentwood — Kayd Coffman talks about high school and football at East Kentwood, where he and his team work together every day to improve.

“I need to help everyone and elevate that level of their performance,” said the senior quarterback.

Kayd is featured in this video as part of a series called “Through the Eyes of Our Students,” created by Kentwood Public Schools and Aves Films. It shares stories of students who attend Kentwood Public Schools. The district is the most diverse in Michigan.
