_{Drew Warren talks about the connections he’s made through music}

Kentwood — East Kentwood High School senior Drew Warren talks about how he uses his saxophone to transcend boundaries, offering a universal language among any group of people.

Drew is featured in this video as part of a series called “Through the Eyes of Our Students,” created by Kentwood Public Schools and Aves Films. It shares stories of students who attend Kentwood Public Schools. The district is the most diverse in Michigan.

“We have our ways of coming together as one through music,” said Drew, a senior who was featured in SNN last school year.
