Students Receive Scholastic Art Awards


Fourteen Caledonia High School art students’ photographs, ceramics work, etchings, drawings, collages and paintings earned honors at the Scholastic Art Awards competition.

Twenty digital images, prints and original works from students will be on display at Kendall College of Art and Design from Feb. 9 to March 5.

The awards ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 5 at Fountain Street Church. A reception will follow immediately in the galleries at Kendall.

The works of the three Gold Key recipients will move on to New York for national adjudication this summer.
