Arts Festival Showcases Talent Across District

The talents of Wyoming Public Schools students, from art to singing, theater, band, and robotics, merged for the day-long Festival of the Arts recently.

Student-created art was showcased throughout the gymnasium and students in elementary through high school choirs and bands performed and presented solos. The Wyoming Theater Company performed a sneak peek of the upcoming production of the musical, “The Twits,” based on the children’s by Roald Dahl and directed by Jeremy Schnotala.

Children created their own art in the Kid’s Art Corner, got their faces painted and ate authentic crepes made by students in French class and played a game with advanced Spanish students.
