GRPS event to showcase school options

Grand Rapids — The Grand Rapids Public Schools community is invited to explore the district’s selection of school choices and learn about the enrollment process during its Expo & Snow Spectacular.

The event is from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 7 in the gymnasium of the Gerald R. Ford Academic Center, 851 Madison Ave. SE.

Attendees will be able to learn about the district’s neighborhood and theme school offerings. Families will also have a chance to meet with GRPS team members — including principals, administrators and staff — from throughout the district.

GRPS representatives will help guide families through the enrollment process, according to a release from the district.

There will be giveaways, games and activities and a complimentary dinner will be served.
