Gates Millennium Scholarship Awarded to Tech Center Student

Tech Center student India Stewart Dunning from Forest Hills Public Schools has been selected as one of the 1,000 Gates Millennium Scholars for the GMS Class of 2014. More than 52,000 applied in the most competitive year in the program’s history.

Gates Millennium Scholarship funds are available for India to attend any college or university in the country. The scholarship is renewable and eligible through graduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.

GMS provides more than financial support. It offers a wide range of resources including a freshman year transition program and networking opportunities.
